Salt & pepper diamonds are found in a wide variety of patterns and colours. They can range from dark and moody, to lightly speckled or icy white.
While these unique diamonds can be found in traditional cuts larger stones are often custom cut to best exhibit their unique constellation of inclusions.
Traditionally diamonds of rare colouring and perfect clarity have been thought of as the most desirable. In recent years, the beauty of these unique inclusions has been rightly recognised and sought after.
As these unique gemstones have been recently introduced to the popular market there is not yet a grading system to categorise their appearance. This means that we are not able to provide official certification for these stones.
