Let us guide you through the process of creating a bespoke piece with our one on one service. Here we work with you to co-create your own unique piece that reflects your personal story. We work differently from most traditional metalsmiths in that we work with the process of lost wax casting - hand carving each piece from wax before casting in precious metals. Each piece is handcrafted with specially sourced gemstones and cast in 100% recycled precious metals.

Process

STAGE ONE

We begin the journey by discussing your design ideas and gaining an understanding of your vision. We collect reference images, discuss your gemstone and metal preferences and let you know what is possible within your budget.

Consultation

STAGE TWO

Once we have a good understanding of your vision, we begin the gemstone sourcing process. We hand select gemstone options within your budget.

Gemstone selection

STAGE THREE

Once your gemstones are selected we begin carving your special piece from wax. Once ready, you will receive image and video updates ~ local clients can see their piece in person. From here you can make any final design adjustments before having your piece cast in precious metals.

We will complete the final finishing and polishing stages of your piece and its ready to take home!

We begin with an in person or online consultation. We take our time to understand your design & can help guide you to the metal type, gemstone and setting style that best aligns with your vision & budget.

We have worked with clients around the globe for more than 10 years and take our time to understand your concept and ensure you are involved with each step of the journey.

STAGE TWO

gemstone selection process

Once we have a good understanding of your design we will curate a personalised gemstone selection based on your vision & budget.

Gemstones hold unique hues cuts and inclusions. You will be able to choose a unique stone that tells your personal story.

Once we have completed the final finishing and polishing stages, your new treasure is ready to take home. We can send your piece to you in the post or arrange a local pick up.

STAGE THREE

the sculpting process

We hand sculpt your unique piece from wax. From here you will be able to see your piece and make design adjustments before having it cast in precious metals.

STAGE FOUR

receive your unique piece

Typically pieces take 8 weeks to complete from the date your deposit has been placed. However, each piece is unique and the timeline will depend on the complexity of your design, how many changes are made along the way and the rarity of the gemstone you would like us to source.

Not sure where to start?

It is an incredible honour to work with client’s special inherited gemstones. Our ability to use your gemstones depends on the gemstone type, cut and size. Please get in touch if you would like to explore the possibilities for your gemstones.

Supplied gemstones Generally we don’t accept client sourced gemstones as we are unable to guarantee the origins and integrity. However this is a case by case basis. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss this option.

Supplied metals Unfortunately we are not able re-purpose your jewellery. Our pieces are made from 100% recycled metals through a local casting house. They have strict quality controls for the process and due to this they don’t accept supplied metals.
